Prices
$85-$135 per night, single/double occupancy, plus 8% tax.
Additional occupants $15 per night. Children under five free.
Weekly and monthly rates available.
Summer (S) rates May 15 through September 15;
Winter (W) rates September 16 through May 14.

Deposit
One night's rate required to hold reservation.

Cancellations
Full refund, less $25 cancellation fee, if made 14 days before reservation date. Cancellations made within 14 days of reservation date will be refunded, less $25 cancellation fee, only if room is rebooked. No shows forfeit deposit.
