Northern Tier
About the Northern Tier
The Northern Tier lies to the north and northwest of Corvallis. The southern boundary is generally follows Hwy 20 from Corvallis to Newport and the northern boundary follows a line from Willamette Mission State Park to Lincoln City. The eastern boundary is generally the Willamette River. The Northern Tier is divided into five areas.
